So yesterday we were excited to receive an order from our manufacturer. We were more than impressed by the quality, fit and finish of all five items. Unfortunately we were disappointed with a sight fault of 2 to 3cm (1inch) in one of the dresses. We contacted our manufacturer immediately with the details and photos of the fault. We opened our emails this morning to find another pleasant surprise, our account had been credited with the full amount of the dress purchased. This gives us great confidence to offer a full and immediate refund on any items that have even the slightest fault, that arrive in your order.
